All products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients such as tallow, herbs and botanical infusions.
Our products are intended for external use only. Please avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Allergy & Skin Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.
Micaela Essence is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities or misuse of products.
Product variations
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture and scent may occur from batch to batch. These differences do not affect product quality.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping
Processing times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy
At Micaela Essence, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients such as tallow, herbs and botanical infusions.
All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of our skincare products, We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
